First Time Parents
You've never done this before, let me help you get ALL the details!
Prenatal Prep
3 in-home visits during pregnancy to talk about birth wishes, construct a birth plan and practice natural comfort measures.
Each visit takes about 1-2 hours to go over as much detail as possible so you're confident in your understanding.
Daytime Postpartum Support
Available to both first time parents and well seasoned parents.
Available Monday - Friday between 8:30am and 3pm
YOU PICK THE PACKAGE AMOUNT!
Minumum of 3 hour sessions.
Go for a walk, take a nap or have a nice long shower while baby is tended to. Additional help with light house chores, infant feeding and a listening ear.
Postpartum days can feel isolated but with the right supports, you're never truly alone.
Full Birth Doula Package
Enjoy the benefit of prenatal prep, birth attendance and postpartum care altogether!
* 3 in-home prenatal visits
* Birth (from active labour to 2 hours earthside)
* 1 (3 hour) in-home postpartum visit
Feel supported from beginning to end and beyond. The full birth package takes you through all of it!

Parent Pros
This isn't your first rodeo but you need support too!
Prenatal Prep Refresher
3 in-home visits to review previous birth experiences, hash out new needs/expectations, create a birth plan and practice natural comfort measures.
Each visit averages 2 hours and is a little faster pace based on your experience with birth in the past.
Birth Attendant
Since you're a master planner, you know how to prepare for birth all on your own, but you still want in person support for the birth!
Connect with your Doula in early or active labour and have hands on support for the entire duration of birth until 2 hours earthside.
This surpasses both prenatal prep and postpartum care altogether (as outlined above) however, does require a mandatory consultation.
Full Birth Doula Package
Same as listed above, you still may want full Doula Services.

Just because you've had a baby before, doesn't mean you want to be left to do it without Doula support this round.
